 At Great Owl we've developed a system that brings harmony to the process and make the renovation experience less stressful for our clients.

• Renovating homes and additions since 2001 from handyman work to whole-house remodels Great Owl abandoned its hierarchical organizational scheme in favor of three project teams: complete home renovations & developments; kitchen & bath remodeling and handy man services for small jobs. 

• It is like having multiple small companies within the company and it's made the task of managing complex jobs easier. Company is in the process of creating sophisticated management system to handle our projects to the best customer satisfaction.

• We use computerized estimating and accounting system. Our system is upgraded regularly with the local Home Depot prices for materials, so we are always on top of any price changes.  
•   From the estimating software the data goes right into accounting software, no re-entering information, no costly mistakes. We provide detailed estimates to our clients. In our opinion, if you're not detailed enough, parts of the job don't get done.
